KETO SUGAR-FREE STRAWBERRY JAM: LOW CARB BERRY PRESERVES

Last year, we planted just a few strawberry plants in our garden and this year, WOW! Have we got strawberries! They're wonderful fresh, of course, but we actually have so many, I figured I'd beter do something with them. This jam is sort of a multi-purpose strawberry sauce.
