Final Battle on Command Deck. 1999 Mode Bioshock Infinite

This is a somewhat short guide for beating the command deck without dying on 1999 mode. I'll start with my gear first. Hat--Quick Handed. Vest--Scavenger Vest. Boots—Tunnel Vision. Pants—Last Man Standing. This is all just gear I picked up while playing through on my 1999 play through. Obviously you start by directing the bird to take out the first gunship in front of you. Then I place return to sender around the front base of the blue thingy. Now start killing the guys that got dropped off by the first ship but leave one of them alive until the bird attack is fully charged. Then finish him off and use the bird to immediately kill either the gunship on the left or right before they can drop off the enemies. Now shoot the enemies on the opposite side of the deck that you just had the bird kill. Soon a rocket airship will come in the middle and begin shooting rocket and dropping enemies off. (you can tell which one it is by the really long big health bar) have the bird once its recharged attack it. Now switch to your undertow and jump on the skyline to take out the rocket guys on each side of the balcony. Once they are done finish off the enemies and wait for the first zeppelin to arrive. (remember to keep placing return to sender traps around the front of the blue thingy as needed) also now would be a good time to place some traps on each side of the balcony like I do in this video. In a bit some rocket guys will be there and that will slow them down. Now when the first Zeppelin arrives kill it with the bird and proceed to take out the enemies it drops. The blue thing your protecting should be alright with the return to senders placed in front of it. Now if the bird is not charged all the way keep a weak enemy alive until it is and finish him off. Now when the 2 other zeppelins come on either side of you TAKE OUT THE ONE ON THE LEFT. It has a rocket launcher on the bottom of it and will kill you rather quickly if you do not take it out first. Now take out the enemies and as soon as the bird is recharged attack the final Zeppelin. Now kill off the rest of the enemies on the deck and you're done!! Just remember to keep return to sender stocked up on the front of the thing you're protecting. You will be fine even if you die a few times as long as you have those traps in place.
