#PuranPoli is a famous south indian snack. It is a #SweetFlatbread with sweet stuffing made of lentil ( Gram dal or chana dal) . It is called by different names in south india as bobbatlu in Telugu, #obbattu, #holige in Kannada, puran poli in Marathi and #boli in Tamil and Malayalam. There are many variation of this recipe. In this video, I have used gram dal ( Chana dal) for making the stuffing. We can also use coconut and jaggery for the stuffing. It looks little time consuming but you will really love after doing it.
