FreeRunner / Parkour athlete. This is my 2007 ShowReel; my greatest achievements and skills up until the beginning of 2008. Virtuous -- essentially describes the moral excellence of a person. Through the Art of Movement, my physical being has developed and improved ten fold. An aspect that is often forgotten about is the physiological being. As the saying goes "Mind, Body and Soul". The ShowReel offers visual descriptions of my physical capabilities, but in a deeper meaning also aims to reflect me as a whole. To be a 'good person' is my ultimate aim; to entertain, to inspire and to help.
