ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is a feeling of well-being/relaxation combined with a tingling sensation that can be felt in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, such as soft speaking, gentle hand gestures, or gentle, quiet sounds. Not everyone will experience this feeling, unfortunately, but hopefully, you'll be able to at least experience a calming effect, helping you to wind down and relax.
