Captain's Blog 8-11-11 Street Luging Crane Testing

We load out the loaner lift (and get to see it's awesome trailer) and then set out to experiment with using the camera crane from the back of a moving pickup truck. It was a nice training exercise for the video interns and gave me the first opportunity I've had in a couple years to ride the streetluge. The test video from onboard the luge was shot with our Contour 1080p which took the extreme vibration in stride.
