Mario is now at World 6, and he is getting closer to the final fight with Bowser. Before then, he has to collect some Power Stars in the galaxies leading up to there, and to start things off is Melty Monster Galaxy, a world of lava inhabited by Blargg-like creatures called Magmaarghs, and there is also Clockwork Ruins Galaxy, which is all about adventure as we enter the ruins. As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description Time to begin World 6, and the first galaxy that we enter is Melty Monster Galaxy, which is a lava themed planet, much like Melty Molten Galaxy from the first Super Mario Galaxy, which this galaxy has a similar name to. This galaxy has some good music, it is one of my favourites in the game, it was included into Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, and it got an arrangement in Mario Kart World. The first mission is The Magnificent Magma Sea, and you use Pull Stars to get to the Launch Star, and along the path is the Magmaargh, this is the game they first appeared in, and they appear in other games like New Super Mario Bros. U and Super Mario Party Jamboree. The next planet is the Magma Sea, waves of lava come at you, and some Lava Bubbles jump out, you can use the poles to make it through the platforms, and this planet has Octoombas, a Li'l Cinder, and a Magmaargh. There are some tornadoes that take you to higher platforms, and use the swing to get to the Launch Star. It then takes you to the Magmaw Planet, they are a smaller version of the Magmaargh and move around, and this one has the Comet Medal on the asteroids, and the Power Star is inside the crystal. Then we unlock a new chapter for the book, which reveals that Lubba was one of the Luma twins in the storybook, while the first game's storybook explained about Rosalina's backstory, this game's storybook goes over the backstory of Lubba, and this is where Lubba is revealed to be female, in the original Super Mario Galaxy 2, Lubba was male, and was female in different localizations of the game. Back to Melty Monster Galaxy, and time for some bowling as we use the Rock Mushroom to take a stroll down Rolling Lane, the Rock Mushroom comes to use in lowering the bridge and making your way to the Power Star. Then we find the Chimp in a Warp Pipe on the starting planet, where he has a Bowling Challenge, and you have to score 5000 points by knocking down Pinheads. Next galaxy is Clockwork Ruins Galaxy, which has the same music as Slipsand Galaxy, and while I do like the concept of Clockwork Ruins Galaxy, I am not a fan of it as the missions take a long time. This galaxy has those wheels that you can use as platforms, those look like the millstones from Donkey Kong Country, and they are stone gears that rotate. The first mission is Time for Adventure, and after going through the millstones, the top of the third one has a Launch Star, which takes you to the next planet, which has pusher walls and Jack O'Goombas, the walls act like Bomps where they push you out, hit the switch to change the gravity, and you go into top-down view, and then Ground Pound the switch to free the Luma, which takes you to the next planet. The next planet has millstones that drop down, and you have to avoid being crushed by them, and that area has a Comet Medal where you have to ride the millstone down. Then we have spikes and bars, which are based on the horizontal bars from Mario Vs. Donkey Kong, then climb all the way higher with the elevator, the millstone, and horizontal bars to get the Power Star. Back to Clockwork Ruins Galaxy, and this time we need 30 coins for the Hungry Luma, which takes you to a new planet which has these massive hammers, and you can slow down time to help avoid them as you get to the Power Star, this is The Ledge Hammer Trap. I decided to backtrack to previous worlds, and the Chimp has a challenge in Honeyhop Galaxy, it is the Score Challenge, which is unlocked after you collect your first Power Star in Clockwork Ruins Galaxy, and you have to get 10000 points by stomping on Octoombas. Back to Clockwork Ruins, and it is the Adventure of the Purple Coins, there are 100 Purple Coins on the starting planet, and you have 5 minutes to collect them, and before each millstone, there is a Whittle that tells you how many coins you should have by now. For the next galaxy, this is where we will need Power Stars, and there are some that I am looking forward to going through, which you'll see next time.
