INGREDIENTS👨🍳 Pork lard - 2 tbsp Chicken thighs - 3 lbs Yellow onions - 2, finely chopped Garlic - 2 cloves, finely minced Tomatoes - 2, finely diced Bell pepper - 1, diced Paprika - 3 tbsp Chicken broth - 2 cups Salt - 1 ½ tsp Black pepper - ½ tsp All-purpose flour - 3 tbsp Sour cream - ¾ cup Heavy cream - ¼ cup PERSONAL NOTE ✒️ There are countless ways of cooking chicken. Chicken Paprikash (Paprikás Csirke) is surely one of the best preparations - rich, flavorful, and creamy. I got this recipe from Kimberly Killebrew (@daringgourmet) - she has an excellent blog of international cuisine. I really liked the paprika-infused sauce, with the tomatoes and creams... I made Hungarian Nokedli (egg dumplings), and it worked beautifully with the Chicken Paprikash. My family thoroughly enjoyed this dish - all gone in one lunch 😋 Highly recommend!
