Your 6 p.m. Northeast Ohio weather forecast for Aug. 8, 2023: Temperatures tonight drop near 60°; however, it won't be completely dry for all of NE Ohioans. A few isolated showers are expected especially closer to the lakeshore as a wave of energy passes. Rain chances should be back to a minimum upon waking up early tomorrow. The bulk of tomorrow will be on the drier side. A few spotty showers are possible during the afternoon and evening. The large batch of showers and storms will develop after the evening rush. Those who will see more rainfall first will be those through our southern/western counties. This wave of wet weather zooms through overnight Wednesday into Thursday. Thursday will likely start cloudier and become sunnier as the day progresses.
