A Service of New Agape Eucharist for the National Indigenous Day of Prayer (June 20, 2021)

The community of St George’s parish is vibrant, and unique in our diocese incorporating elements of indigenous spirituality into their services each week. In recognition of the National Indigenous Day of Prayer this Sunday, they have prepared this service of Holy Eucharist to be shared with the diocese and beyond. The service order can be found at http://tiny.cc/NIDP2021SG. The liturgy is based on Worship in the Vision of New Agape, a resource prepared by the committee of Faith, Worship, and Ministry and the Anglican Council of Indigenous People, and is used with permission. The Apologies and Covenants read during the service can be found at: The Apology (1993) https://www.anglican.ca/tr/apology/en...
