Korea's airlines will not levy fuel surcharge in March for seventh straight month

That′s a record since fuel surcharges were first imposed in 2005... due to high global oil prices. Fuel surcharges in Korea are eliminated... if the average price of Singapore kerosene per gallon is below a dollar－50 for international flights... and below a dollar－20 for domestic flights. All tickets bought in March will eliminate the fuel surcharge. But this only applies to flights departing from and returning to Korea. Planes taking off from other countries will follow their local rate.
