Nutritious Seed Bites

These seed bites are delicious, crunchy, and nutritious. They are also easy to make—a perfect snack. Ingredients: 75 g sunflower seeds 75 g pumpkin seeds 2 tablespoons maple syrup A pinch of salt 20 g dark chocolate Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, salt, and maple syrup. Mix well. Using a cookie cutter, shape your bites. Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes. When they are out of the oven, let them cool completely. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it on top of each bite. Let the chocolate set. Enjoy!
