Ingredients: • Chicken Qeema 250grams • Salt (Namak) 2 Teaspoon • Chicken Powder 2 Teaspoon • White pepper (Safed mirch) 1 Teaspoon • Black pepper (Kali Mirch) 1 teaspoon • Garlic powder (Lehsan Powder) ½ Teaspoon • Carrot (Gajar) 1 • Cabbage ½ Cup • Sweet corn ½ cup • Tomato Paste ½ Cup • Chili Sauce 4 Tablespoon • Soya sauce 3 Tablespoon • Vinegar (Sirka) 4 tablespoon • Tomato ketchup 3 tablespoon • Garlic ketchup 3 tablespoon • Corn flour 5 to 6 tablespoon • Egg 2 How to make Hot and sour soup Direction/Method/Preparation Step 1: Cook chicken Qeema • Cook chicken Qeema with 2 teaspoons of salt (Namak), 2 teaspoons of chicken powder, 1 teaspoon of white pepper (Safed Mirch), 1 teaspoon of black pepper (Kali Mirch), ½ of garlic powder (Lehsan powder) and 9 glass of water for 20 minutes. Step 2: Add veggies and sauces • Add 1 carrot (Gajar), ½ cup of cabbage, ½ cup of sweet corn, ½ cup of tomato paste, 4 tablespoon of chili sauce, 3 tablespoon of soya sauce, 4 tablespoons of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 3 tablespoons of Garlic ketchup. • Mix all the ingredients. • Cook for 10 minutes. Step 3: Preparation of Soup • Mix 6 tablespoons of corn flour with a half cup of water and add in soup.
