Kenyan president declares terrorists now defeated
The four-day siege at the Westgate Mall in the Kenyan capital of Nairobi is now over. In a televised address, Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta declared that the terrorists had been defeated. He also announced that the country would hold three days of mourning.
