Pinks Kitchen Tamil Channel Link:    / @pinkskitchentamil   Pinks Kitchen Channel Link:    / @pinkskitchen   Ingredients: Foxtail Millet: 1/2 Cup Oil: 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds: 1/4 Tsp Onions: 2 Tbsp Green Chillies: 1 Nos Curry Leaves: Few Ginger Chopped: 1/4 Tsp Salt: 1/4 Tsp Coriander Leaves: Few Method: 1. Today lets check out how to make Foxtail millet upma. A very filling, delicious and a healthy breakfast recipe. Very easy to make and it helps in weight loss, so lets quickly check out the ingredients and get started. 2. Heat a pan add to this add 1/2 cup of Foxtail millet. Dry roast for 2 mins in low flame until you start to get a nice aroma. Foxtail millet boosts cardiac health, strengthens nervous system, manages diabetics, lowers bad cholesterol levels, triggers weight loss, promotes digestion and builds weight loss. Now its been 2 mins and the Foxtail millet is well roasted, so remove from the pan and set it aside. 3. Now to the same pan add 1 tsp of oil. When the oil is nice and hot, add 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp of chopped ginger, 2 tbsp of chopped onions, 1 green chilli chopped and few curry leaves. Saute well until the onions are transparent. 4. Now the onions are well done, so go ahead and add 3 cups of water and 1/2 tsp of salt. Give it a quick mix and allow it to come to a boil. 5. Now the water is starting boil, so go ahead and add the roasted Foxtail millet. Mix it well until the water completely dries up. Now the water has started to reduce, so close it with a lid and cook for 5 mins in low flame. Open in between give a nice mix and again close and cook. 5. Now the foxtail millet upma is well cooked, so cook with the lid off until the water completely dries up. Now we have the in perfect consistency, so off the flame and sprinkle some coriander leaves. 6. Now our delicious and healthy Foxtail millet upma is ready. Serve it nice and hot with some chutney and sambar and enjoy with your family and friends.
