Judge recuses himself from case of man charged with murder

WARREN COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- A new judge will hear the case of a man charged with murder who was caught after a shootout on I-75 in Monroe.41-year-old Terry Froman is accused of killing a Kentucky woman. Officers found her body in the car he was driving after they stopped him on the interstate in September 2014. Judge Robert Peeler recused himself from the case. His nephew is the prosecutor in a related murder case against Froman in Kentucky. Judge Joseph Kirby will now hear the Warren County case.
