Tomb Raider I Remastered - The Caves (All Collectibles/All Opponents/No Medipacks Used)

The Caves have 14 enemies (1 bear, 6 wolves, 7 bats) for you to defeat and 7 Medipacks to collect (3 of them are secrets). All are shown in this video. I'll point out the next item to find in the upper left corner. In addition to that you'll see "The Apex Predator" on the very first encounter with wolves. It's a pretty easy trophy to unlock as long as you only shoot while you're jumping. The ledge that leads to secret #2 may take a few tries, just like in the original game. For me it worked best to just press Forward + Action (X with Tank Controls).
