Vjezba se izvodi na sledeci nacin: postavimo loptu na podlogu, pocnemo je gurati desnom rukom (vrhovima prstiju) do sredine terena, prebacimo loptu u lijevu ruku i vrhovima prstiju guramo do aut linije. Zatim sve to ponovimo unazad. Ova vjezba poboljsava kontrolu lopte kod pocetnika. Obratiti paznju da vjezbac ne gleda u loptu tokom izvodjenja vjezbe. 🇺🇸 This video is intended for beginners. Place the ball on the floor and start pushing it with your right hand (fingertips) to the half of the court, than change the hand and continue pushing the ball (with your left hand) to the out line. Than do all that backwards. This exercise is improving controlling the ball. Pay attention that you don’t look at the ball during the exercise.
