Limit of Big Trout - Kayaking Fishing Surfside Beach, Texas

In February, you often either get skunked or find big trout back in the bays. On this trip, we stuck with it and found big 20"+ trout looking to feed around mid-day. In my previous video, we took a live shrimp out to Arcadia Reef. We couldn't find any trout, but we did put together a nice stringer of drum in a rapid-fire catching frenzy right at sunset. Rodbenders Bait and Tackle gave me a very generous pint of beautiful shrimp, and I took the leftovers with me to Churchill bayou for this video. It took a while to find them, but stick with it. The big fish still need to feed, even with the colder water temperatures.
