Honda Civic Si vs Dodge Neon SRT4
Civic: mods unknown. Claims to be a 12 sec car and traps "120 mph" lol. He popped the hood and from what I could tell it was stock for the most part besides for I/E. Called him out and he bailed... Caught him out the next day and he finally gave us a race. Wouldnt talk to us afterwards. SRT4 had 4 people in the car. SRT4 Mods: AGP WGA on 12 psi.
