Adventure Island 3 Famicom NES 1992 Fun Platformer Play as Caveman Master Higgins Riding Dinosaurs

This game added some new stuff from the previous Adventure Island like the Boomerang. In Adventure Island II the boss would move to a different stage when you lose a life. This third game was an improvement because that was annoying. It reminds me of Super Mario Bros 3 because the airship would fly to another part of the map if you lose a life. This game also introduced another dinosaur which is a triceratop. This green dino uses a roll attack to defeat enemies and can be summoned with a star card. There's also a crystal that adds another hitpoint at the start of the stage. There are different hidden rooms as well, such as a treasure room where Higgins can choose a new power-up, a surfing bonus round, a room containing a crystal (with an option to continue the level or skip it), and a room with the option of skipping a boss (which will also skip the stage) or not.
