Same-Sex AND Straight Couples Denied Marriage Licenses In Kentucky County

A same-sex couple was denied a marriage license from the Rowan County Clerk, Kim Davis. Davis says she can't give out marriage licenses to gay couples because of her Christian beliefs. But in order to not be discriminatory, she's not giving out licenses to straight couples, either.
