Level up your basing by using pigments! Grimdark City Basing Tutorial

In today's video I am going to show you how to level up your basing game by using Weathering Pigments! There are loads of awesome products available on the market for basing but with the addition of some Vallejo Pigments we can make them look much better! I've used this Grimdark Ruined City Basing method for my recent Blood Angels and Raven Guard miniatures.
