He a robot, so let’s say it messed with his gears💃😭☠️ Alcohol has water in it, all beverages do. With the water affecting the gears of mechanics, it causes Nightmare to has a system failure. Causing his "brain" to haywire making him appear as “weird” acted a human would. This also makes him seem “weird” as he's in his illusion disc form. When he happens to turn back, however, he will be glitching because that's what would occur when he haywires.
