RECIPE FOR SWEET POTATO CHAAT Ingredients: 1 large sweet potato, boiled 1-2 tsp Oil or ghee 1-2 onions, chopped 1-2 tsp coriander, finely chopped 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp chaat masala 1 tsp salt 3 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp Green Chutney 1 tsp Tamarind Chutney Garnish: 1-2 tsp Pomegranate seeds Roasted Peanuts, handful Few mint leaves Few coriander leaves 1 tsp chaat masala Method: Boil & peel the sweet potato. Once it's boiled cut it into bite sized chunks. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the sweet potato chunks & fry them till golden brown In a separate bowl, add onions, coriander, red chilli powder & chaat masala and give it a good mix Then add salt and lemon juice and mix well Add the sweet potato and toss it well to combine the ingredients Finally add the green chutney & tamarind chutney and give it a good mix. Add some pomegranates, roasted peanuts, coriander, chaat masala, mint leaves and serve!
