Creamy pasta with pesto and shrimps

Hey! Today we will make pesto and shrimps pasta. Ingredients (for 2 servings): 150 g of pasta. 30 g of basil. 200 g of cherry tomatoes. 150 g of shrimps. 15 g of pine nuts. 15 g of grated Parmesan. 20 g of olive oil. 1-2 cloves of garlic. 200 ml of cream (20-30%). Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, salt, white pepper, dried garlic and paprika to the shrimps. Mix and set aside for 5-10 min. Fry pine nuts in a dry pan over low heat for 2-3 min, stir constantly. For the pesto, combine basil, garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, pine nuts and a pinch of salt. Grind everything in a blender. Fry the shrimps over medium heat for 1-2 min on each side, then remove them. Add a little olive oil and fry the tomatoes for 1-2 min over medium heat. Add cream and pesto, stir and leave for 1-2 min. Add cooked pasta and shrimps, stir and turn off the heat. Ready!
