White Rock Hike and Bike Trail - LBJ Express project

Here's a 4D look at construction of the LBJ Express project over the White Rock Hike and Bike Trail near Hillcrest and LBJ. The width of the overpass almost doubles with the addition of elevated bypass lanes, general purpose lanes on the outside and managed lanes in each direction in the center. Construction on the lanes over the trail is expected to begin spring of 2013.
