(3.15) General's Cry Blade Flurry Beserker - 20EX Budget! MAX DPS (BUILD 2)

For the second build in our 20ex budget series, i decided to push DPS as much as i could. This build did end up slightly over budget, by 2ex. Making it a 22ex build. This happened purely because i wanted the Alternate Quality Cyclone to move faster. It added no power to the build at all, just 5% more movement speed. This is possibly the highest DPS you can actually get on this budget, or at least that i have seen. Super smooth to play, decently fast mapper, liturally deletes bosses. And can be invested into up to 500-800ex and just keeps getting better.
