Sigma 35mm F1.2 DG DN ART Lens Review: The F1.2 Barrier Breaker

This lens isn't just any other 1.2 lens that requires stopping down to achieve respectable resolution. It is tack sharp right from f/1.2, delivering simply stunning image quality. It renders some of the nicest colors I've seen from a Sigma lens. The bokeh and subject separation are absolutely sublime. The resolution is so impressive that I kept it at f/1.2 throughout the portraiture test session. If 35mm is one of your desired focal lengths and you seek sublime bokeh and low light shooting capabilities, and can handle the weight, size, and price, then this lens is a no-brainer.
