Sun Postal Sports FC v London Colney FC

A Pre-Season friendly in Watford between Sun Postal Sports of the Spartan South Midlands League Division One and London Colney from the Spartan South Midlands Premier Division. Hopes are high this season for Sun Postal and are looking to challenge for the league title after a couple of good pre season signings.....one being ex Watford and Swansea player Gary Fisken and high scoring James Armstrong. London Colney will host AFC Rushden & Diamonds in the FA Cup extra preliminary round.
