It will also restrict exports to Chinese producers of electronics that support the modernization efforts of China's military. It also explained that three affiliates of China's Corad Technology Limited,... an entity that has been blacklisted in 2009,... were included,... for their role in selling technology from U.S. and other Western countries to Iran's military and space programs.
