Attacked By New Thargoid Scout Marauder Variant In Elite Dangerous

Encountered the new Thargoid Scout Marauder Variant today in Elite Dangerous! Saw a new Non Human Signal Source Threat 8, where 4 Thargoid Scout Marauders instantly began attacking my ship Red Robin. Managed to get a quick scan, but as I tried to escape, a Thargoid Medusa Variant suddenly arrived! My little ship of exploration had no chance against this lot as they teamed up against me. Seems the Beyond Update has quickly introduced the Thargoid Scout Marauder, I wonder if there are other variants? These Thargoid Scouts are extremely aggressive and attack on sight, watch yourselves out there commanders! Hi, I'm Paul.
