Postman Pat - Part 1 BUG Escape From Tarkov 0.13

I completed 'Postman Part - Part 1', extracted and handed in the item to complete 'Part 2' – although the game will not allow me to complete the first part, insisting I need to survive and extract the raid – which was needed to complete the second part... I have since been back on Factory, survived, and extracted multiple raids. The item is no longer on the map for me and I still can't finish the quest. All the advice I can find on is from a year ago and it seems this bug automatically fixed itself for some people. Looking for any and all suggestions. The XP is really useful at this point in the wipe. Useful info: the game did crash after I extracted the initial raid - although I had the item when it did load back up again (along with my gun, armour etc.) Have reported the bug via Battlestate Games and tagged Nikita in a tweet to BSG but really hoping someone here has a quick fix or something.
