4A RUSSIAN TWIST KNEE ABD BF eptc

This is a great exercise for strengthening the obliques, medial glutes and increasing rotational strength and power .Start by placing Mini band just above your knees and then sit on the ground keeping chest proud slightly leaning back twist at the thoracic spine turn and touch ball or sand bag to ground and then turn to the opposite direction and repeat.Avoid turning hips twist from the belly button up to get mobility from thoracic spine . Avoid rotation at lumbar spine .
