Robyn shows her 6 year old how to smoke Spare Ribs using the 3-2-1 Method on their pellet smokers. In this method, Spare Ribs are smoked at 250 for (3) hours, then wrapped in foil with liquid and butter and smoked an additional (2) hours at 2500, and then finished directly on the grill at higher temp at 300 for up to (1) hour to set the BBQ Glaze.
