Neighbor calls in to report harassment from his neighbor across the street. He tells police that the man asked him for a ride to the store and he refused stating the man was drunk and high. The man is shortly seen leaving his house. Police follow, pull him over and run him through field sobriety testing. After failing the tests, the man is arrested for DUI.
