Below is a list habbits, one should adapt inorder to proof profitable: 1: You must have a trading plan. a) Most traders fail to follow or extract a trading plan because they are confused, new traders changing trading strategies everytime, so following a trading plan seems inconvinient. 2: Choose that one strategy and stick to it. a) Almost all trading strategies are profitable when used with proper rist management, they only differ with winrates, so choose the one that is: i) Inline with your character, personality. ii) That has a higher winrate. b) So choose that one strategy and master it, check for its weaknesess and always try to refine it and use it only when necessary. 3: Use proper risk management a) Always maintain your risk reward ratio at all times, this helps measure one’s consistancy. b) Most traders use RR of 1:3 upto 1:5. c) Do not risk too much to avoid emotions due to loosing or winning too much. Both can affect your next trading analysis. 4: Always use a stop and take profit orders as they help maintain a trading plan, given the analysis was made with respect to a TRADING PLAN in the 1st place. 5: Always journal your trades a) Helps to check if consistancy is properly maintained. b) Journaled lost trades to be re-visited to for re-checking and noting.
