Xfinity X1 frozen picture stuck on same image

I am having a problem with my Xfinity X one DVR. I have replace this DVR with a new one from Comcast, and the new device is having the exact same issue. It gets stuck on a picture, almost like the HDMI signal is not working between the DVRand the TV. A reboot of the Xfinity TV are fixes the issue but in the problem usually arises again within a day. It's obviously not an HDMI issue, because the guide , DVR, and on-demand screens all work, as well as the Netflix app. Whatever I select will start to play and I can hear the program, but the image stay stuck on the same screen as you can see the video. I contacted Comcast and of course they sent a refresh and pretty much guaranteed me that the problem is resolved that I won't have anymore problems. Has anyone else had this issue?
