Is Building Attack Damage on Zhongli Better Than HP?? | Genshin Impact 1.5

I've just tried to switch my Dps Artifacts from Ningguang to Zhongli in Genshin. Turns out there is a lot of Impact that his pillar can deal 😩😩 .
