Girard Brasserie & Bruncherie Taps Elixr Coffee

Business Partners Cristian Mora and Chef Brian Oliveira always knew coffee would play a serious role in their French BYOB, Girard Brasserie & Bruncherie, which is on track to open at 300 E. Girard Avenue this fall. They began their search for the coffee roaster who was willing to try new ideas and shared their goals of challenging the status quo, and found exactly what they were looking for in Elixr Coffee, which operates a roasting plant in North Philadelphia and a café at 207 S. Syndenham Street in Center City.
