The recipe is curated by our founder himself and he played around with flavors to give a really unique taste to the basic Vada pav. Our food items are cooked to perfection and we do not use any preservatives or frozen products. The batter and masala is prepared fresh everyday and we customize our own breads, which makes Jugaadi Adda special. Our founder Mr.Akshay Pramod Rane an Engineer, was working with an MNC earlier with a 9 to 6 job in a city far from family. Being a foodie he always used to crave for pocket friendly and tasty snacks to meet his hunger. Finding a Pocket friendly snack was a tedious task after hectic day of work. This is when he got a ‘Jugaad’ to cater hunger and supplied the demand to the ones who deserved a tasty and pocket friendly snack and yes you heard it right “JUGAADI ADDA” was born.
