Be sure to pick at least 720p for best sound quality. On February 6, 1996, Noam Chomsky was interviewed at his office at MIT by David Barsamian on the topic: The State of the U.S. Left. Chomsky was in the throes of a cold, apparently, as I cut out a large number of coughs, etc. The source file is an ancient and low bit MP3 (32/22) that I de-noised and EQed to spruce up. There's still some transient noise, and some slight artifacting, but a vast improvement over the original.
