In today's video we will discuss some home remedies to maintain dental health during pregnancy. 8 Home Remedies for Maintaining Oral Health During Pregnancy Baking Soda and Lemon Paste: To reduce the yellowness of teeth, mix one teaspoon baking soda with lemon juice to make a paste and brush with it. Wash your mouth thoroughly after brushing. Oil Pulling (Coconut Oil): Keep one tablespoon coconut oil in the mouth for 10-15 minutes and then rinse. After this, throw away the oil and wash your mouth thoroughly. Apple Cider Vinegar Mouthwash: Mix one teaspoon apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and use it as a mouthwash. Keep in mind that rinsing the mouth is important so that the acid does not damage the enamel of the teeth. Activated Charcoal: Use activated charcoal available in the market for brushing. It improves the color of teeth. Strawberry Paste: Apply strawberry paste on teeth. It makes teeth white and shiny. Banana and Orange Peel: Rub teeth with the white part of banana or orange peel. It makes teeth clean and hygienic. Pineapple Scrub: Rub teeth with pineapple. Bromelain present in it can make teeth shine. Crunchy Fruits and Salads: Include crunchy fruits and salads in your diet.
