I couldn't believe Kingdra was RU... until I used it in OU.

The Agency continues its extremely exciting climb to the top of the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet ladder... this time using old forgotten water / dragon Kingdra. A lot of you are not giving this Pokemon the respect it deserves, which is probably fair because it's not even in the game because GameFreak didn't know how to code such a beast into the game. It was too complicated. Anyways swift swim Kingdra with choice specs in rain is way better than fraud Walking Wake and in today's video we showed that Kingdra can overcome all matchups even when it is looking tough.
