I will talk about the best bridge officer space trait, Superior Romulan Operative, as well as cloak ambush essential bridge officer space traits, Subterfuge and Infiltrator. Most warbirds have a Romulan Battle Cloak and can be used by all factions but are best used by a Romulan Republic character. I will cover why that is. I also explain why Romulans are the kings of DPS. Some ships have faction restrictions, therefore cannot be used by Romulans.
