The planet Bracca serves as the starting point of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, where Cal Kestis, a former Jedi Padawan, lives in hiding following the events of Order 66. Cal works as a scrapper for the Scrapper Guild, dismantling decommissioned starships in the planet's massive salvage yards. Bracca is portrayed as a grim, rain-soaked world filled with towering wreckage and industrial machinery. The story begins with Cal and his friend Prauf assigned to repair jammed clamps on a derelict Venator-class Star Destroyer. As they navigate the hazardous environment, players are introduced to basic gameplay mechanics like climbing, jumping, and environmental traversal. Disaster strikes when an accident nearly kills Prauf, forcing Cal to use the Force to save him—an act that exposes his Jedi identity. This moment sets off a chain of events as the Empire’s Inquisitors, led by the Second Sister, arrive to hunt him down. Cal’s escape unfolds aboard a train, where he faces waves of Stormtroopers in combat for the first time. Players learn essential skills such as blocking, parrying, and deflecting blaster bolts. The sequence culminates in a dramatic confrontation with the Second Sister before Cal is rescued by Cere Junda and Greez Dritus. This marks the end of his time on Bracca and propels him into his larger quest to rebuild the Jedi Order.
