An Teallach Hike And Wild Camp

Join us on our recent outing in the Northwest Highlands as we hike and wild camp on breathtaking An teallach. We had perfect conditions for the accent with great views to the Fisherfield, Summer Isles and beyond. Late evening the mist rolled in closely followed by a relentless 65-70 mph Westerly wind, it was definitely a "wild camp" just below the summit of Bidean a' Ghlas Thuill. Conditions had improved slightly in the morning, though with the stong wind remaining and varying visibility we decided to leave the ridge and Lord Berley's seat on this occasion. All in though it was a great outing in the hills!
