Some people are having trouble landing both hits of Wario's Neutral-Air. That's because of two reasons: The second hitbox is atrocious, and it becomes active five frames later than in Smash 4. From a shorthop, you can input a fastfall as early as Frame 17. The normal buffer window doesn't apply, so you have to practice the timing.
