Spotlight Initiative in Guyana

1 in every 2 women in Guyana has or will experience intimate partner violence in their lifetime. The Spotlight Initiative in Guyana will seek to respond to family violence, defend human rights, and leave no one behind in the fight to eliminate violence against women and girls. This initiative is being implemented through partnerships among the United Nations Country Team, the European Union, the Government of Guyana, and Civil Society Organizations.
