Do your best to catch it with Dusk Balls and, if you can, afflict it with Paralyze or Sleep. It's still gonna take a lot for you to catch it... Also, if you don't catch it, you CAN catch it later on in the game in the Turnback Cave, but it will be in its Altered Forme (the D/P form). Actually, it'll be in Altered Forme after you catch it until you get the Griseous Orb from the Turnback Cave.
